My beautiful neice and fun nephew!

To surprise their mom and dad for Christmas, my neice and nephew wanted me to take their photos.  We picked a gorgeous day where we were able to get some cool sunbursts in some of the photos.  I love these two kids like they're my own, so it was natural and easy to get beautiful pictures of them.  I hope their dad and mom like their photos!!!

The location of a photographer's dreams . . .

When we were trying to decide on a location for this family, they wanted something outdoorsy (is that a word?) because the dad is big time outdoorsman.  We talked about going up to the canyon to get snowy pictures, but thought it might be too much of an effort with the baby!  So, we went to my old stand-by which is so beautiful it never gets old.  It's right in my "backyard" and this family lives in my neighborhood. So we decided that it'll be great for them to look back on these photos after they've left this area and say "this is where we lived - no seriously!"   And I love that there is snowcapped mountains in the background!  I'm jealous because I want my family photo here too!!!

 So when I started taking their couple shot, they weren't shy at all!  Their photos turned out so natural because they were just themselves!  I love this photo of the two of them.  She's going to put it in their bedroom - so beautiful!

I love this family!  Their children are so gorgeous!  I could follow their little girl around all day and take beautiful photos of her because she's so photogenic!

The {G} Family

Sometimes you meet a new family and you instantly want to be their friend - that's how this adorable family was!  Their girls were so great and knew exactly what to do!  They ended up having so many good photos I had a hard time choosing which ones to edit!  And just look at supermodel Mom!

Who says you can't have a Fall photo-shoot in December?!!

Sometimes the weather cooperates and we end up with amazing photos!  I love this family - they were so fun to work with!  I teach their 4 year old in Sunday School and his funny personality is the highlight of my week!

They are the most photogenic family, and I know she doesn't think this, but the baby is only 6 weeks old - and Mama looks SO good!

Three BEAUTIFUL girls!

Isn't she such a beautiful woman?  Her and her daughters are so adorable! I'm lucky to have gotten to know them over the last couple of months. 

 Living in Utah, you never know what the weather is going to bring, so of course the morning of our photoshoot was extremely overcast and ready to rain.  The little girls were such troopers and never complained about the cold.  We got the cutest shots of these girls!

Introducing Baby Leo . . .

 My good friends just had their 3rd baby boy a couple weeks ago.  I was so excited when they wanted me to take his first baby photos!  Here is a sneak peak of my favorites that we took today.  He is a gorgeous baby with a gorgeous mother!  This was my first infant shoot so it was a lot of trial and error but we got some amazing shots of this cutie!  I'm taking their family photo in a couple weeks and can't wait!

The Campbell Cuties!

Our best friends came and stayed with us this last weekend.  So of course I had to take their girls' pictures!!!  I love these 4 girls almost as if they're my own.  Their mom really liked the photos I took of my children, so we went to the same spot.  Unfortunately, once we got to the family photos, the little ones were done!  We couldn't get them to stop crying.  So, we'll have to try for a family photo next time!

Whatcott Family

This last weekend, I had a fun time taking the Whatcott's photos.  They are such a fun family and they were great to work with!  There were too many good photos to post all of them, so I chose my favorites to put on the blog.
